Has a Master's degree in Danish and cultural communication with a Master's degree in journalism. Has attended the Writers' School for Children's Literature.
She has worked for many years as a communications and press manager in the publishing industry, where she still is, now as commercial manager.

Loves to observe and be inspired by the interaction between people and is constantly curious about how to bring heart and presence into leadership and life.
Has taken courses at the Vækstcenter and Kontemplationsregi for many years. Practices daily, does yoga because it makes her happy, runs because it is necessary, but practices practicing while she runs, so that the runs have meaning.
