Personal conversations

Personal conversations

Personal conversations with us can take different forms – depending on your needs and starting point.
On this page you can read more about the conversation formats we offer, and find practical information about prices and frameworks.

Individual support and guidance

When you are in a process of immersion, it can be helpful to share your experiences and questions with a conversation partner who will get to know you a little better over time. Sometimes one conversation is all it takes – other times the process requires a longer process.

The conversations can take place online via Zoom or in person.

All conversation partners are part of the Kontemplation team and receive ongoing supervision.

Individual conversations and courses are primarily intended for those of you who are already participating in Kontemplation's teaching - on courses, online courses or retreats.

If we don't already know you, we would like to ask you to send us a short introduction telling us a little about yourself and your experiences with meditation and self-development. This will help us assess how we can best support you.

Conversation options

At Kontemplation we offer five different types of personal conversations and courses. Below you will find information about the different conversation types with descriptions of formats, terms and prices.
