ABOUT US

Contemplation is primarily driven by volunteers—a community of friends and practitioners from various professional backgrounds who share a common commitment to conveying the importance of inner mindfulness practices and social engagement.

The Team

The team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kontemplation. This includes teaching, administration, blog editing, social media, audio production, and maintaining contact with our students and the wider community.
We strive to respond to registrations, questions, and other inquiries with attention and care.

Who You'll Meet and Where

In the photos below, you’ll get a glimpse into how we’re organized as a team—who writes and responds on social media, who edits the blog, and who creates the audio content for the practice library and the blogcast.

Social Media Team

We strive to maintain a presence on social media with the intention of providing reliable information about mindfulness training, meditative practices, contemplation, creativity, kindness—and mindfulness in the world we live in.

The Blog Editorial Team

Behind the Kontemplation blog is an editorial team that collaborates with the authors on their texts.
Together with our regular contributors, we hold regular writing workshops where we support one another in the creative process, as well as biannual writing workshops that offer professional feedback.

At Kontemplation, we focus on the intersection between the creative process and inner practice.
This is reflected in the texts we share.

Audio Group

The Audio Group focuses specifically on the audio aspects of Contemplation.
They produce audio for the exercises and meditations in the practice library and are also responsible for creating podcast episodes based on the recorded texts.
