Kontemplation's teaching is about going inward to go outward. To deepen contact with one's own resources in order to be able to meet others from there.
At retreats, courses and workshops we emphasize establishing a space of trust. As teachers, we do not have a specific answer. We invite you to a context in which, through meditation, yoga, contact and dialogue exercises, elements of creativity and stretches of silence, there is an opportunity for immersion.
