Our human rhythm of life is connected to the seasons.
In this meditation, Jeanette Lykkegård takes as her starting point the presence that comes with awareness of body and breath.
It draws inspiration from the winter practices of other cultures and examines how the qualities of winter are reflected within us.
If the clarity, calm and deep anticipation of winter are found within ourselves, where and how do we feel this?
If the streams of winter flow through us, how do we drink from them?
If the tone of winter rings within us, how do we hear it? And learn to sing with it?
