PRESENCE WITH BODY, HEART AND BREATH

There can be great relief in knowing that for a moment nothing is expected of us. That we do not have to experience an exercise in a certain way. That there is no outcome or predetermined result in what we do.

This exercise with Martin Guldberg is built around such project-free freedom: We first move towards feeling the heart, the whole body and the breath simultaneously.

To get there, we are initially taken to the periphery of the body.

By starting with our surface, with hands, feet and head, we can effortlessly increase body awareness here and now. From there, we can contact the heart. Which the guidance then connects with the breath and the whole body. 'The heart, the body and the breath – there is nothing you need to do with them,' says Martin.

‘'Other than soft to feel these three areas simultaneously.'’

And further:

‘'The heart, body and breath are gateways to a more authentic place within us all – so just dwelling on these three aspects can point to a deeper place within yourself.' 'Throughout this instruction, the freedom to experience in our own way is preserved:

‘'The contact with ourselves can be experienced in many different ways in this exercise,' says Martin. 'And perhaps' – perhaps – 'feeling this way can provide a deeper calm or a deeper anchoring within.'
