This 36-minute meditation with Hanneli is put together as a possible way to begin the day.

It describes the body as a starting point for presence.

The short, precise instructions are followed, throughout the meditation, by long silent pauses in which you can test and explore the words yourself.

Hanneli examines how we can give physical space to emotions in the body, regardless of their nature. How it is possible to transform the breath into an exploration of how we breathe in different situations, challenging or positive, in order to thereby bring presence and clarity into the emotional system. How knowing how to follow the spine with attention and put it in very slight movement can activate an experience of vitality and bodily wholeness.

The meditation further describes how to discover the bodily foundation for psychological closures and how to relax them.

Finally, to point out the possibility, with this beginning of the day, of moving out into the outside world with a slightly greater physically anchored presence.

This meditation was recorded on a day of meditation in silence at Solbakkevej 15 in Nørre Snede.
