HEART, HANDS, ACTION

Guided meditation with

audio file · 20 minutes

In 'Heart, Hands, Action', Martin opens up an exploration of the flow that moves from the heart into the hands and from there out into the world.

We move our attention again and again between the hands, the heart and the whole body. Without analyzing, only to feel ever deeper into the natural flow to the palms with which, as Martin says, we express ourselves both linguistically and gesturally and with our actions.

Then, when the currents can be felt, when the connection between the heart and the hands is vitalized, to gently ask ourselves: Where in the world do I realize this current, where do I live, act, and express myself authentically? And where could I deepen my authenticity?
