GOING INSIDE TO GO OUTSIDE

Guided meditation with

The starting point for this meditation is a habit most of us share, namely that we look for the meaning we all want and need, alone in the external world.

Meditation is not directed towards this outward activity that is necessary for all of us; meditation is a complement to extroversion.

A contemplative practice, whether it is yoga, meditation, inner exercises or another form of action that turns attention to our inner world, has the ability to stabilize our emotional system, clear our thoughts and 'friend' ourselves, as these instructions say. By doing so, we have the chance to meet others with greater openness and fewer prejudices.

Viewed this way, a simple meditation like this is a movement inward in order to then be able to go outward more united and with a little more kindness.
