FALL IN – FALL DOWN – FALL IN (DOUBLE)

Workshop at the port of Aarhus

with Hanneli Ågotsdatter, Jeppe Hein and Peter Høeg

There are good and more challenging ways to fall.
The good ones are about letting go: Letting go into the unknown. Into love. Into creative flow. Into immersion. Into contact with others and with the world.
And into the break. The city is an intense landscape. Full of possibilities. Full of challenges.
Remembering to let go sometimes in the midst of the hustle and bustle of everyday life is important. Sometimes letting yourself fall: Into relaxation. Out into creative expression. Down into your impulses. This day is about such falls – down into, out into, into.
Hanneli Ågotsdatter will teach mindfulness yoga and meditation.
Peter Høeg on how simple and non-performing writing exercises can lead both inward and outward.
Jeppe Hein in how colors, painting and drawing are creative paths towards one's own heart - and towards others'. Together we will explore basic meditation, sitting and walking. To investigate how we can find and maintain an inner balance in an everyday intensity such as that of the city.
We will also dance – again without performance.
And to write and draw.
All under the heading of letting yourself fall. In order to be able to feel yourself more clearly from a slightly deeper slip – and from there to be able to meet others more warmly, present and intensely.
