THE COLOR OF VULNERABILITY IN MY HEART

Meditation and creativity with

video · 18 minutes

When we look inward, we approach states of wordless openness.

But on the way to these states, we usually need words. We need language to connect with the languageless.

In this video, Jeppe Hein points to another path: The path of colors.
We start by drawing a heart.
Without performance, without intention. Just a heart.
From there we feel our own heart. Feel it wordlessly. Its strength. But also its vulnerability.

‘'Does this vulnerability have a color?' asks Jeppe.
After which, with our own non-performing creativity as a guide, we are invited to unfold our heart-color landscape.
We are invited to let creativity both examine and respond to how it is possible to protect, to nuance, to embrace and support our vulnerability.
