SEEING WITH THE HEART

In Saint Exupéry's The Little Prince The wise fox says to the little prince:

‘'Now I will confide in you my secret. It is quite straightforward: Only with the heart can one see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.'’

In this meditation we are invited to test this. Britta suggests:
‘'Imagine you see with your heart.
What does the heart notice?
Imagine listening with your heart?
What does the heart hear?

Through first relaxation and breath awareness, we are led towards a sense of entry into the energy states around our heart.

From there, via the connection that exists between our sensory channels and the heart, to experience how it is possible to experience the world from this place: To see with the heart, to hear with it.
To perhaps prove both the fox and the little prince right.
