THE INHERENT COMPETENCES

Guided meditation with

Hanneli og Peter

The innate competencies are our ability to consciously feel and nuance our body sensations, our breathing, the empathetic feelings of the heart, our space of consciousness and the fundamental, creative changeability that characterizes all life.

These five innate competencies or talents are five fundamental paths towards our human essence, and they are the five gates through which we encounter the outer world.

They are trained one at a time, then as a whole. This training, which is initially introverted, can then be carried out into the world as a way to deepen and harmonize contact with others.

In this meditation, Hanneli and Peter systematically review the competencies and describe in detail how they are trained, one at a time and gradually combined.

The instructions explain how a regular meditation practice that addresses the human whole can be structured.

In undogmatic and straightforward language, it describes what an invocation is, how to increase body awareness, sense breathing and its connection with bioenergy, how to contact and expand heart feelings, and how and why spatiality is a useful image for consciousness. The work with thoughts and the space of consciousness is described all the way to the state called mindfulness or neutral observation.

The guidance is rounded off with the release of all forms that point towards the freedom that all meditation is directed towards, and ends with transmission, the intention towards compassion that all deeper consciousness work cultivates.

This meditation includes stretches of silence between the instructions to allow you to try out what is described for yourself.

This practice is therefore best suited for practitioners who already have some experience with meditation.
