HEARTBEARNESS

Guided meditation with

audio file · 25 minutes

There is joy and meaning in feelings of love.

But if we listen, there is always at least a subtle overtone of sadness. Because somewhere or other we know, or sense, that the person or thing to which the heart feels is not forever. When we lose – which we all do sooner or later – this overtone can become overwhelming, the experience can throw us into a grieving process. This meditation is about such processes, about the experiences with them, about their course and about the possibility of keeping the heart open even when we lose.

I love what Peter shares here. Thank you. It gives hope and life to something I experienced as frozen. I got a picture of a tree whose branch had broken off and a scar appeared, but the tree lived on and became stronger from it. The bond in a love relationship and that love continues, if we can give it permission – beautiful 🙏🧡

Incredible. This is the third time that I have experienced a meditation that speaks RIGHT into the reality I am in. Maybe it is a coincidence, maybe it is not. But regardless, it is a very safe and pleasant experience of being touched. Thank you <3

Dear Lisa – 'there is no such thing as a coincidence', there must be an expression called that...you could almost get the feeling that it fits what you write here. Sometimes the inner and outer worlds swing together in a very constructive – and mysterious – way. We surrender to the mystery.🤗 It's great that you share your experience with us, and that you practice here in the Practice Library. ♥️
