Online session #5: Thursday, December 3

All meetings last from 6:45 PM – 9:15 PM

We invite you to an online course over five teaching evenings focusing on working with the chakra and energy system.

The course can be seen as a continuation of the online course of the past three years, In Bob Moore's footsteps, but this course is open to everyone. In other words, new participants are most welcome.

The Irish healer and meditation teacher Bob Moore, who lived in Denmark from 1974 to 2000 and taught thousands of people, paved a path that we can follow today. We can follow in his footsteps with benefit, knowing that we cannot and should not try to fill them.

Bob Moore's exercises and work with energy seek to create greater physical and mental balance – a deeper connection with ourselves – which in turn can form the basis for a deeper connection with the spiritual. Through working with the human energy system, it is possible over time to open emotional closures and move towards greater coherence and joy. In this way, his exercises and pedagogy can open up to an organic self-development and self-knowledge – which also has spiritual dimensions.

Each teaching evening will include:

  • Guided joint meditation
  • Sequences of movement / simple body exercises with a focus on bodily and energetic presence
  • Introduction to Bob Moore's understanding of the energy system
  • Presentation of and work with exercises in the energy system
  • Meditative studies
  • Exchange in small groups (breakout rooms)
  • Joint exchange with the opportunity to ask questions to the teacher about the exercises and any reactions
  • Suggestions for homework before the next lesson
  • Joint closing meditation

Between each session:

Participants are encouraged to work daily or regularly with the exercises and meditations presented in the course. It is recommended that you set aside a minimum of 20 minutes for this training at least four times a week during the weeks of the course. It is precisely the ongoing practice that can lead to profound benefits.

During the course we will, among other things, touch on:

  • The structure of the energy system – including the chakra system
  • The connection between body, energy and consciousness
  • Trauma and blockages – and how to work with them
  • The special importance of the heart chakra in relation to the contact with the individual's qualities
  • What is true for the individual and its importance for health
  • Our expressions and actions in concrete everyday life

After each session, participants receive a written report as well as audio recordings – and, when relevant, also video material from key parts of the teaching.

Participants also get access to the Kontemplation community - a joint online forum where the team shares inspiration and links to teaching material, and where you can exchange experiences and reflections with the other participants.
