FILMING WITH THE CAMERA OF ATTENTION

It is one of the innate capabilities of our consciousness that we can focus our attention.

When we tune in to an object and hold it in focus, what we observe can begin to open up to us and give up its secrets.

This, the miracle of sustained attention, is at the core of all learning processes. And in human interaction when we are truly present in the contact.

In this guided meditation, Hanne Linde explains how attention can be used like a camera.

This makes the training like a small film recording. Which can be done by children. And by adults. Or by children and adults together.
