A SHORT BREAK – IN THE NOW

Guided meditation with

audio file and video · 6 minutes

Meditations don't have to be long – presence is always available. In this session, Martin takes us by the hand and leads us through the door to the present within ourselves in five unhurried but intense minutes. The instructions help us awaken and feel the presence first in the sensitive periphery of the body, in the hands and feet, and move from there to the breath and the feeling of the whole body. As it is here and now.
