A Growth Center course with Peter Høeg

Human development is relational.  

Our movement towards presence, warmth, and the experience that our lives have meaning is closely connected to our relationships with both ourselves and others. 

This year-long course over three physical modules at the Growth Center works equally with individual meditative immersion and with realizing this immersion in encounters with others. 

And with the vulnerability that we inevitably encounter in both the inner and outer world. 

The course is advanced in that each day of the course includes several longer meditations, yoga stretches, dynamic movement and other forms of body awareness training. And in each module there are exchanges about practice, both with the teacher and among the participants. 

And every day dialogues and (many) other kinds of contact exercises. Sometimes in more creative and playful forms. 

Since teaching in dual-directional awareness is an important part of the course, it is a prerequisite that the participants have a regular meditative practice and have received teaching from Jes Bertelsen. Either through physical teaching or through Jes' streamings.
