New Year's retreat at Louns bank

The turn of the year offers special opportunities:
The days move from darkness to light. And for many, the New Year is a time to take stock of the past year. In the protected nature of the Louns Peninsula, these opportunities have special conditions.

We will include them, the possibilities and conditions, in the retreat:

By marking New Year's Eve itself more ritualistically and deeply than is often the case - but without losing the joyous and festive aspect.
By working with different ways to gain an overview of your life and its resources. And, to the extent that the weather at this time of year allows, by involving the surroundings.

There will be a fixed daily rhythm:
A long morning stretch with yoga, meditation, body scan and a writing meditation.
An afternoon stretch with meditation, dance and explorations of how we can use creativity to process the past year and to look forward to the future.

There will be several consecutive days of silence during the retreat.

The retreat is primarily for participants who have received training at Vækstcenteret and/or by Hanneli and Peter.

The price for the retreat includes meals (dinner every day, and lunch on the first and last day) and accommodation. You bring and provide your own breakfast every day, and lunch on the five intervening days.

Participants are accommodated in Langhuset, at Overgaard, at Landro and in summer houses near the training site.
In the Langhuset you live in double rooms. If you have wishes for who you could share a room with, you are welcome to send these with the application.

You are welcome to arrive on Saturday, December 27th from 4 pm and to sit in the vesper meditation in the Blue Hall at 5:30 pm.
At 7 p.m. a light dinner is served in the Langhuset.
The retreat ends on Friday, January 2nd at 4 pm.

Registration deadline is November 2nd.
