Planning meeting in Kontemplation's SoMe team

Kontemplation is present on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify – in addition to our blog and Practice Library.

Responsible for this presence is our SoMe team, which currently consists of Charlotte, Jeanette, Britta, Anne and Kirsten.

Social media is an important opportunity to be in contact with our followers, readers and what we call the extended community of practice – all those we experience practicing with.

Charlotte is the coordinator and creative leader of the SoMe team.

The Facebook team consists of Britta, Anne and Kirsten.

The Instagram team consists of Jeanette and Charlotte. 

We have SoMe meetings about once every two or three months. These meetings are often attended by other team members. Here we discuss strategies, contact with our followers, readers and listeners, and ideas for what we want to focus on and communicate.

At the SoMe meetings, we also coordinate who is online when, and who encounters our followers' comments and shares on a daily basis - and we follow the overall response from the outside - which is very important to us - in the current time period.

In addition to our joint planning meetings, the SoMe team has an internal SoMe email thread that is used to spar with each other on a daily basis - in connection with posts and responding to comments and messages we receive on social media.
