LOVE AND IMMERSION 2026

On this retreat we will work with the love relationship as both a personal and shared space for development and with how love, sensuality and meditative practice can give life to each other.

Through dialogue and contact exercises, we will explore the refinement and intensification of communication in relationships. And to examine how to give play, creativity and immersion a place in everyday life.

Overall, the retreat is about balancing love life, work life, and a meditative practice.
And about how to welcome both the light and the darkness in the relationship. What we would call a tantric approach.

The retreat is open both to couples where both have a meditative practice, and to couples where one has and the other wants to have it.

Couples who have no experience with the practice, but who have an intense desire to have it, are welcome to write to us.

The daily rhythm is such that the mornings create a space for individual processes in the form of longer introspective stretches with meditation, yoga, body scans and a writing meditation.
After lunch there is a break where the participants work in pairs with a given meditative and/or tantric exercise.
The afternoon includes an extroverted stretch with dialogue and contact exercises and more dynamic – and sometimes playful and creative – presence training.

To make room for the value of being together even in speechlessness, there will be longer stretches of silence during the retreat.
