THE LITTLE RABBIT

Sometimes what we call reality can take on a dreamlike character.

That's how it was for Britta, when morning after morning last late summer she watched a little hare looking for food in her herb garden.

With a short story about that meeting, you are invited to feel aspects of consuming food – eating.

Maybe you also know how to witness animal behavior.
And perhaps with your contemplative imagination you can feel the animal's sensuality and notice your own capacity for sensuality.

And we can reveal that there was enough food for both animals and people in the herb garden.

    I am the hare.
    you saw in your garden
    you stopped
    you listened
    Give peace to my meal
    I noticed
    your warmth
    your awake gaze
    your senses, so open
    you were like music
    think - I became a story
    you carried with you
    and shared with others
    IT'S AN HONOR
    for a hare to be
    We are probably related.
    connected, simply
    my hare heart jumped
    when you just stopped Britta

    ❤️ greetings 🐇

    Dear Britta❤️
I got to thinking about all the refugees who are starving now and have been starving in the world and became SO grateful that I can just choose to go and bake my gluten-free buns right after the meditation.
Thank you to the little hare❤️ and thank you for such a nice guidance that contains so much wisdom, alertness and reminder🙏❤️

      Dear Birgitte ❤️
I can understand that – it hurts my heart to feel all the suffering that is in the world.
I think it's a good way to allow ourselves to feel gratitude for the opportunities we have – right now.
Thank you for your practice ❤️
      Warm regards
      Britta
