The turn of the year offers special opportunities:

The days move from darkness to light. And for many, the New Year is a time to take stock of the year that has passed. In nature around Øster Løkke, these opportunities have special conditions.

We will include them, the possibilities and conditions, in the retreat:

Ved at markere selve nytårsaften mere rituelt og fordybet end det ofte sker – men uden at miste det glædesfyldte og festlige aspekt.

By working with different ways to gain an overview of your life and its resources. And, to the extent that the weather at this time of year allows, by involving the surroundings.

There will be a fixed daily rhythm:

A long morning stretch with yoga, meditation, body scan and a writing meditation.

An afternoon stretch with meditation, dance and explorations of how we can use creativity to process the past year and to look forward to the future.

There will be several consecutive days of silence during the retreat.

We will ask applicants we have not previously met to send a few lines about their experiences with meditation, yoga and the like.
