In the sense: To go inward in order to go outward with more presence, intensity, joy and compassion.

Using the resources that can become apparent when you temporarily distance yourself from an often hectic everyday life, and open yourself up to nature and, with your fellow practitioners, form a more dense field.

These six days the form that the participants are familiar with Internal practice and working life and from other Kontemplation courses:

The mornings are quiet and introspective. They focus on individual, meditative immersion, often take place in silence, and include yoga, body scans, meditations, and writing practices.

Disciplines that for us belong to the basic exercises of presence, cordiality and creativity.

The afternoons are often more dynamic and include dance, contact exercises and training in bringing the meditative qualities into the relationship with others.

So this retreat continues the IPA course's exploration of how to bring your meditative immersion into your working life – and qualities from your working life into your meditative practice.

But the retreat format also adds something new to our process:

The extra days will in themselves offer further immersion. And then there will be a long continuous stretch over several days at the retreat where the participants are in silence and have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a topic they have chosen. Perhaps a project they have worked on earlier in the course, perhaps a new topic. With the opportunity to exchange with the teachers – and to experience the special things that can happen to both one's inner life and creativity when everything around you becomes completely silent, and you are part of a community that in the silence buzzes with creativity.

Another important addition to our itinerary is the unique nature around Øster Løkke: At once completely wild towards the merciless and strangely gentle. The vastness of the sea and the sky at the same time invites unlimited freedom and the slightly shaking feeling it can be when the gaze can get lost in infinity.

On this retreat we will work together with nature – if we were to put it in a slogan way, we will let the outer and inner nature resonate together.

Read more about the IPA retreat here >>

[249
post-29944","tribe_events","type-tribe_events","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tribe_events_cat-retreat","cat_retreat
["GET
