I try to listen-notice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There are the sounds from my keyboard. The group of people who are also listening in to the moment.\u00a0
\n<\/span>There is air in and around me.\u00a0
\n<\/span>The water. The fire. The earth. The plants. The planet.
\nThe suffering.\u00a0
\nHappiness.
\nThat which embraces both.\u00a0
\nLove.
\nHatred.
\nThat which also embraces it.\u00a0
\nThe light.
\nThe darkness.
\nThat which also embraces it.\u00a0
\nThe tense muscle.\u00a0
\nThe potential for relaxation.
\nThat which lies behind relaxation and tension. That which dissolves both.\u00a0
\nPast and future in one, and then another now.\u00a0
\nAnd again.
\nLike a whirlwind, a silence.
\nWithout content, there is nothing.\u00a0
\nAll!
\nThe infinite space.\u00a0
\nWhich surely can't be a space if there are no boundaries?<\/p>\n
