This course is about uniting the participants' inner practice with their work in the world - whether this work is a working life, a study or another form of engagement. Who are set on being part of a group for a long time in which we will support each other in both personal immersion and in that this immersion can be expressed in the individual's professionalism in their own way.<\/p>\nThe course is designed for participants who, for example, teach or\/and work creatively, are therapists, or work in other care functions.
\nOr who are otherwise concerned with uniting their individual immersion with their outward-facing commitment. Making clear their professional and human core competencies and exploring how these can be connected to a meditative practice is an essential part of the process.
\nAn important focus will also be the connection between internal and external sustainability, which is one of today's major tasks.\n

Supported by the teaching and the group, each participant will work on a communication project that is relevant to \u2013 and based on \u2013 the individual's professional expertise.<\/p>\nThe course will encourage and support participants to establish a regular meditative practice.
\nThe meditative and personal integrity \u2013 the clear sense of self \u2013 that can come from such regular practice is crucial when one wants to bring qualities such as presence and warmth to expression in one's work life and everyday life.\n\t

\n\t\t\tThe course's two focus areas\t<\/h2>\n\t

IMMERSION INWARDS<\/p>\n\tThe part of the course that concerns individual immersion will include systematic training in meditation, body awareness, contemplative exercises from Growth Center Pedagogy centered on the so-called pentagon, and relationship skills.
\nWe will carefully review how to prepare, structure and conduct a retreat on your own, but with the support of a community of practice. OUTDOOR
\n<\/strong>individual dissemination projects\n\t

The communication part aims at how one carries the individual meditative qualities and experiences out to one's immediate surroundings and from there further into one's professional life, including in written and other creative forms of expression.<\/p>\nThe aforementioned dissemination project plays a key role in:
\nWe suggest that this project be placed in extension of the individual's professional skills and work\/study\/main interest so that it does not become an 'extra project', but can be realized in the individual's daily life with support from the work and practice community. And thus can be anchored in and enrich the individual's everyday life.\n

It will be up to the individual to formulate the ambition and goal, whether the project is a writing project, a book, a teaching project, an art project, a web idea, a video project, documentation and dissemination of an immersion process, or something else.<\/p>\n

\u25aa Study groups and writing workshops are led by Jeanette Lykkegaard<\/strong> and Kirsten Rotb\u00f8ll Lassen \u2013 <\/strong>who are also the program coordinators of the course.<\/p>\n\t

\u25aa Professor and management researcher Steen Hildebrandt<\/strong> who teaches the connection between internal and external sustainability.<\/p>\n

\u25aa Michael Stubberup<\/strong>, teacher, author and founder and daily manager of the rehabilitation network Synergaia, teaches, based on neuropsychological research, the establishment of an inner compass.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAIMING WITH THE PROGRESS\t<\/h2>\n\tTo stabilize and deepen a meditative practice and to move towards integrating this into everyday life and into one's professional life.\n

That the participants learn about the so-called pentagon and other central parts of the Growth Center's pedagogy and deal with how to teach\/mediate basic presence and cordiality training.<\/p>\n

That the participants experience and have the opportunity to develop in a practice and work community with like-minded people. And in a trusting atmosphere, gain experience in holding space for others.<\/p>\n

That the participants learn a set of contemplative exercises that can be carried out in everyday life and used within various professional fields.<\/p>\n

That the participants work creatively both with introverted exercises and with ideas for bringing these exercises into the world.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSCOPE OF THE COURSE\t<\/h2>\n\t

MODULES \u00b7 ONLINE SESSIONS \u00b7 WORKING COMMUNITY<\/p>\n\t

4 modules of four days<\/strong> which takes place in the course room Sol15 at Solbakkevej 15 in N\u00f8rre Snede.<\/p>\n

12 online zoom meetings<\/strong> 2-3 hours each (group supervision, reading groups, writing workshop).<\/p>\nIndividual supervision<\/strong>
\nSupervision, where participants have the opportunity to present experiences and challenges from their own work to the world, will be included in all modules. Just as all participants will have the opportunity for individual supervision with Hanneli and Peter - the individual supervisions will primarily take place online and will be agreed with the individual when the course is underway.\n

Structured peer supervision<\/strong> in smaller groups.<\/p>\nImmersion in individual communication project:
\n<\/strong>During the course, each participant will work on a self-selected communication project, which can be a teaching course, a creative project, a writing project or something else.\n
